AI trust & safety

Stay ahead of every new AI rule.

The EU AI Act and Singapore's framework for AI agents now expect everyone who uses, approves, or builds AI to know the rules. Fenzo's personal learning experiences keep you up to speed.

Why now

The rules for AI at work are already here.

Two frameworks now shape how organizations use AI, and both expect the people doing the work to understand them.

The EU AI Act, Article 4

Since February 2025, organizations that provide or use AI systems in the EU have had to make sure their staff have enough AI literacy for their role. National authorities began enforcing it in August 2026.

Singapore's framework for agentic AI

Singapore's IMDA launched its Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI in January 2026. It sets out how organizations that deploy AI agents should keep people meaningfully accountable for what those agents do.

IMDA on the framework

Both frameworks keep changing. The library covers them today, and you can build a course from the latest guidance whenever it moves.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Fenzo?

Fenzo is a new learning platform that offers professionals countless upskilling opportunities in the AI era. Describe what you want to learn, or the work in front of you, and Fenzo builds a personal learning experience around it. You get a structured course with short lessons, hands-on practice, and a tutor that knows every lesson.

How is Fenzo different from Coursera or Udemy?

Two ways. Every Fenzo course is interactive, so you do the work in every lesson, with a tutor that knows the course because it built it. And when the library doesn't have what you need, you describe the work in front of you and Fenzo builds a complete course around it in about a minute.

I don't work in compliance. Is this for me?

Yes. If you use AI tools at work, approve them, or build with them, these rules reach your job. The courses start from your role and show what responsible use looks like day to day, from checking an AI vendor to knowing when to stop an agent.

What does Article 4 of the EU AI Act require?

It requires organizations that provide or use AI systems to make sure their staff, and others who use those systems on their behalf, have enough AI literacy for their role. It has applied since February 2025. The Practical AI Literacy path covers what that looks like in practice.

What is Singapore's Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI?

Guidance from Singapore's IMDA, launched in January 2026, on deploying AI agents responsibly. It covers bounding an agent's risks up front, keeping people meaningfully accountable, technical controls, and end-user responsibility. The IMDA courses in the library walk through each part.

Do I need a certificate for AI literacy?

Article 4 doesn't name a specific certificate. It asks organizations to make sure people have enough AI literacy for their role and the AI systems they use.

What's the assessment?

A short skill benchmark with a readout of strengths and gaps, so you know where to start.

Is it free?

Free to start.

Which AI rules do you need to get right?

Describe it in a sentence, or drop in your company's AI policy. Fenzo builds a personal learning experience around it in about a minute, free to start.
