Fenzo Creator Program
Terms of Participation
Version 1.1 · Effective October 26th, 2026
Rate Card: Version 1.1 · Effective October 26th, 2026
These Terms govern your participation in the Fenzo Creator Program. By checking the acceptance boxes, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't join — you can stop at any time.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.
The contracting entity is Educative, Inc., a Delaware corporation operating the Fenzo service. Notices to us go to creators@educative.io.
1. Who can join
1.1 You must be over the age of 18, or the age of majority in your country or region, whichever is higher.
1.2 You must have at least one public social media account you own and control, on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram.
1.3 You may not participate if you are currently enrolled in Fenzo's affiliate or influencer program. One person, one program.
1.4 One account per person. You may not hold multiple creator accounts in the Program.
1.5 We may decline any application at our discretion.
2. How the Program works
2.1 Applying. You submit an application. We review your existing content for brand safety and fit.
2.2 Approval is not activation. The Program runs at a published capacity. If we approve you but capacity is full, you go on a waitlist and we activate you when a place opens. Approval does not guarantee activation or any earnings.
2.3 Activation. When activated, you receive a unique tracking link, which you may place in your bio. These Terms take effect for you when we activate you. If they have changed since you applied, we'll ask you to confirm the current version first.
2.4 We may pause, reduce, or increase capacity at any time. Pausing or ending your activation is not a breach of these Terms by us.
3. What you do
3.1 You create and publish short-form videos about Fenzo on your own accounts. You choose what to make. We provide optional format suggestions; you are not required to use them.
3.2 Frequency. We suggest 3–5 videos per week. This is an expectation, not a requirement — you decide when and whether to post. See §15.2 for how inactivity affects continued participation.
3.3 Disclosure — required on every video. Both of the following, on every video you submit:
(a) The platform's own paid-partnership tool. TikTok's branded content toggle, Instagram's Paid Partnership label, YouTube's paid promotion checkbox. On its own this is not enough — you also need (b).
(b) Text in the caption, in the first two lines, before the "more" cut-off. Use one of these exact phrases:
- "Ad"
- "Sponsored"
- "Paid partnership"
- "Paid partner"
- "Sponsored by Fenzo"
These do not count: "sp," "spon," "collab," "ambassador," "partner" on its own, or thanking us. Don't bury the disclosure in a block of hashtags.
We don't ask you to change your bio. Disclosure belongs on each individual video, which is both what the rules require and all we need.
Disclosures must use easily understood language, readable font sizes and colours, and appear somewhere easily viewable. They must comply with applicable law, including FTC guidance for social media influencers.
This applies to every video you post about Fenzo, including ones too small to earn anything. You're in a paid relationship with us, and that's what has to be disclosed — not any individual payment. A video that reaches 300 people is still a public endorsement.
We check, and we'll ask you to fix. We review every submitted video for disclosure. If one is missing or wrong, we'll ask you to add it or take the video down, and you agree to do so promptly. Repeated failures may end your participation (§15.3).
3.4 Content standards. Your videos must not contain, and must not appear alongside or link to, any of the following:
- pornography, nudity, or other sexual or adult material;
- content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, contract, privacy, or publicity rights;
- content promoting gambling, smoking, alcohol, medications or supplements, drugs, or drug paraphernalia;
- hate propaganda, or material encouraging illegal activity or violence;
- material promoting spam tools, malware, or bots;
- material that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, profane, or indecent;
- material violating any law or regulation; or
- anything else Fenzo reasonably determines to be inappropriate.
Your videos must also not make false claims about Fenzo or its products, disparage identifiable individuals, or feature competitor products. We may ask you to remove a video that breaches this, and you agree to do so promptly.
3.5 Honesty. What you say about Fenzo must reflect your actual opinions and experience. If your view of the product changes, tell us before continuing to post about it.
Your videos must feature you, a real person who has used Fenzo. You may not use AI tools to generate testimonials, endorsements, or synthetic presenters.
3.6 No spam. If you share your tracking link in direct messages or email, only send it to people you already know. Don't put it in unsolicited messages, and follow the anti-spam laws that apply where you and the recipient are.
3.7 Submitting posts. You must submit each video's URL to us within 24 hours of publishing it. Videos submitted later are not payable.
3.8 Verifying reach. For most videos you must supply a screenshot of that video's analytics from your logged-in account, taken during the 48-hour window beginning 7 days after publication.
You don't need to send one when we can read the figure ourselves: YouTube videos are collected automatically, and so are videos on any platform where you've authorised API access (optional — see §13.2). Your day-7 reminder tells you exactly which videos need a screenshot, so you never have to work it out.
4. What we pay you
4.1 We pay per thousand qualified impressions, at the rate set out in Exhibit A, measured once at Day 7 after a video is published.
4.2 There is no guaranteed minimum. You earn only on qualifying videos. Many videos earn little or nothing. We do not pay for your time, equipment, or effort.
4.3 Payments are subject to the per-video, per-creator, and Program-wide caps in Exhibit A.
4.4 If total earnings across all creators exceed the Program monthly ceiling, payments for that month are reduced proportionally across all creators. We manage capacity to make this unlikely, but it is possible.
4.5 Exhibit A (the Rate Card) is a separate document, published with these Terms at fenzo.ai/creators-terms#rate-card. It has its own version number and may be amended on notice under §14 without changing these Terms.
5. How impressions are measured
5.1 "Qualified impressions" means the view count shown in your own platform analytics for that video, specifically: TikTok "video views," Instagram Reels "views," YouTube Shorts "views." We do not use public view counts.
5.2 Measurement is taken once, at Day 7, and frozen. Views after Day 7 don't increase payment. We may also record a Day 30 figure, which is used only for our own reporting and pays nothing.
5.3 Publication date is determined by the platform, not by what you report.
5.4 Minimum engagement. A video qualifies only if its engagement rate — likes, comments, shares, and saves divided by impressions — meets or exceeds the threshold in Exhibit A. This exists to exclude purchased traffic. This threshold is reviewable and may differ by content type; we will give notice before changing it.
5.5 Videos below the minimum impression floor in Exhibit A are not payable.
6. Getting paid
6.1 Before we can pay you, we need a completed tax form (W-9, W-8BEN, or W-8BEN-E as applicable) and valid payout details. We collect these after your first qualifying video, not at application. No payment is released until both are on file.
Tax forms go to ap@educative.io, the same route as other contractors, so you're set up as a vendor in our system.
6.2 Monthly cycle. Each calendar month closes on its last day. We finalise the ledger in the first week of the following month, email you a statement showing each video and what it earned, and pay on the 15th of that month (or the following Monday if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday).
You don't need to invoice us. The statement we send is the payment record — we generate it from our own measurements, and it's what Accounts Payable pays from. All you need on file are your tax form and payout details (§6.1).
6.3 Disputes. If your statement looks wrong, tell us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll review against our records. A dispute raised in that window pauses payment of the disputed amount only; the rest of your statement is paid on schedule.
6.4 Minimum payout. If you earn less than the minimum in Exhibit A in a month, the balance carries forward to the next month.
6.5 Taxes are yours. We don't withhold. You're responsible for reporting and paying any tax on what you earn.
6.6 Payment is made via PayPal, the standard payout method.
7. When a video isn't payable
A video earns nothing if any of the following apply:
- it was submitted more than 24 hours after publication (§3.7);
- Day 7 analytics weren't provided within the 48-hour window (§3.8);
- it falls below the engagement threshold or impression floor (§5.4, §5.5);
- it breaches the content standards (§3.4); or
- we reasonably determine it is affected by any conduct in §8.
Late analytics are not paid at a later, higher number. If the Day 7 window is missed, the video is not payable at all. We send automatic reminders, so nothing depends on you remembering.
Disclosure is handled differently. A missing or incorrect disclosure doesn't simply void that video's payment — we'll ask you to fix it or take the post down, and a pattern of failures can end your participation (§3.3, §15.3). This applies to every video regardless of how many people saw it.
8. Fraud and misuse
8.1 You may not:
- purchase impressions, views, or engagement — including paying to promote or boost your own posts through any platform's advertising tools;
- use bots or automated traffic;
- submit content you did not create and publish yourself; or
- misrepresent your analytics.
8.2 You must comply with each platform's own terms, including not acquiring followers or engagement by artificial means.
8.3 If we reasonably determine you've done any of the above, we may withhold payment for affected videos, recover amounts already paid, and end your participation.
9. Using the Fenzo name
9.1 We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Fenzo name and logo in connection with your participation in the Program. All use of the name and logo benefits Fenzo. This licence ends when your participation does.
9.2 Fenzo owns all right, title, and interest in the Fenzo service and its marketing materials. These Terms grant you no rights in the Fenzo service itself — only the limited licence in 9.1 to use our name and logo while you're in the Program.
9.3 You have no authority to bind Fenzo or to make representations or warranties on our behalf. Any customer relationship resulting from your content is between Fenzo and that customer.
10. Licence to your content
10.1 You keep ownership of everything you create.
10.2 Organic use — included. You grant Fenzo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit, adapt, and republish any video you submit on Fenzo's own channels and social accounts. This is covered by what we pay you under Exhibit A; there's no extra fee.
10.3 Paid advertising — separate, and only with your agreement. If we want to use your video in paid advertising, we'll ask you first and agree a fee for that use at the time. You can say no, and saying no doesn't affect your standing in the Program or anything you've already earned.
10.4 You licence us to use your name, handle, and likeness as they appear in content we use under 10.2 or 10.3, for the same purposes and no others.
10.5 The licence in 10.2 continues for 3 years after you leave the Program. Any paid-media licence agreed under 10.3 runs for the term agreed at that time.
11. Your warranties
11.1 You warrant that, for every video you submit:
- you created it and you own or control the rights to it;
- you hold all necessary rights and permissions for any third-party material in it — music, footage, images, fonts, or anything else;
- it doesn't infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- anyone appearing in it has consented; and
- it complies with applicable law and with the platform's terms.
11.2 You'll indemnify Fenzo against claims arising from a breach of §11.1.
12. Your relationship with Fenzo
12.1 You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, agent, or joint venturer of Fenzo.
12.2 You control how and when you create content. You decide what to make, when to post, and how often. Any formats, hooks, or suggestions we provide are optional.
12.3 You are not entitled to employee benefits, and we don't withhold taxes or make employment-related contributions.
12.4 You may work with other brands, including competitors. There is no exclusivity.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms requires you to produce any minimum volume of content.
13. Your information
13.1 We collect your name, contact details, social handles, tax identification, and payout details, and we process data about the videos you submit.
13.2 If you authorise platform API access (optional), we receive read-only access to metrics for your own posts. You can revoke this at any time, in which case you go back to supplying screenshots.
13.3 We use this information to run the Program, calculate and make payments, and meet legal and tax obligations. Our Privacy Policy applies.
14. Changes to these Terms
14.1 We may update these Terms or the Rate Card. We'll give you at least 14 days' notice by email before changes take effect, and we keep earlier versions available so you can see what changed.
14.2 Changes apply to videos published after the effective date. Videos published before then are paid under the terms in force when they were published.
14.3 If you don't accept a change, stop participating before it takes effect. Continuing to submit videos after that date means you accept the new terms.
15. Ending participation
15.1 You can leave at any time, for any reason, by telling us. You'll be paid for qualifying videos published before you leave.
15.2 Inactivity. If you publish no qualifying videos in a calendar month, we may review and end your activation to free capacity. This is not a penalty and you owe us nothing.
15.3 Either party may terminate on ten (10) days' notice. We may end your participation immediately for a breach of §3.4, §8, or §11, or after repeated failures to disclose under §3.3.
15.4 On termination: §10 (licence), §11 (warranties), and §16 survive.
16. Liability
16.1 The Program is provided as-is. We don't guarantee any level of impressions, earnings, or platform performance.
16.2 We're not responsible for platform changes, outages, or decisions — including a platform removing your content, changing how it reports metrics, or suspending your account.
16.3 Neither party is liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or related to these Terms, regardless of the legal theory and even if advised of the possibility.
16.4 Our aggregate liability to you for all direct damages under these Terms will not exceed US$1,000.
17. General
17.1 Governing law: the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Venue: exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts in King County, Seattle, Washington.
17.2 Disputes are resolved in the courts identified in §17.1.
17.3 Entire agreement. These Terms and the Rate Card (Exhibit A) are the entire agreement between us regarding the Program. They replace all earlier agreements, communications, and representations about it — including anything on our landing page, in recruitment messages, or in examples of what creators might earn.
17.4 If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
17.5 No waiver. If either of us delays or doesn't exercise a right under these Terms, that doesn't waive it or any other right.
17.6 You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor, or in a change of control, merger, or acquisition of all or substantially all of our assets.
17.7 Acceptance. You accept these Terms and the Rate Card by ticking the agreement boxes on the application form. We record which version of each you accepted, and when. These Terms are published at fenzo.ai/creators-terms; earlier versions of both remain available there.
Exhibit A
Rate Card
Version 1.1 · Effective October 26th, 2026 · This Rate Card is separate from the Terms and may be amended on notice under §14.
| Rate | $2.00 per 1,000 qualified impressions |
|---|---|
| Measurement point | Day 7 after publication, taken once |
| Minimum engagement rate | 2% (likes + comments + shares + saves ÷ impressions) |
| Minimum impressions per video | 1,000 — below this a video earns nothing |
| Maximum per video | $200 — a video reaching 100,000 impressions and one reaching 3,000,000 both pay $200 |
| Maximum per creator per month | $1,000 |
| Program monthly ceiling | $5,200 — if total earnings exceed this, payments are reduced proportionally (§4.4) |
| Minimum payout | $25 — below this, your balance carries to next month |
Worked example. You publish 16 videos in a month (about four a week). Eleven get under 5,000 views and earn roughly $4 each. Three reach 30,000 and earn $60 each. One reaches 70,000 and earns $140. One takes off at 250,000, which would be $500 but is capped at $200.
Your month: roughly $564.
A very strong month, with five videos each past 100,000, would reach the $1,000 monthly cap. Most months won't look like either of these. Many videos earn nothing.
Version history
Version 1.1 of the Terms and the Rate Card took effect on October 26th, 2026. It lowered the minimum payout from $50 to $25 and replaced the worked example in the Rate Card. It also added the two sentences in §2.3 on when these Terms take effect, pointed the Privacy Policy link in §13.3 to fenzo.ai/privacy instead of educative.io/privacy, and changed "acceptance box" to "acceptance boxes" in the opening paragraph.
The Version 1.0 worked example read, "You publish 10 videos in a month. Seven get under 5,000 views and earn about $4 each. Two reach 30,000 and earn $60 each. One reaches 120,000, which would be $240 but is capped at $200. Your month: roughly $348."
Version 1.0 of the Terms and the Rate Card took effect on October 21st, 2026, and was the first version.
