The diagnostic

Find out where your points are going.

The diagnostic is a shorter version of the real test, with the same adaptive second modules. When you submit, you see a projected score on the 400 to 1600 scale, your two section scores, and how you did in each of the eight content areas the test covers. A written diagnosis describes the pattern behind your mistakes, so you know what to fix first.

  • Projected total and section scores
  • Results for all eight content areas
  • A review of every question, with explanations

Studies on the testing effect show that taking a practice test and reviewing the answers builds longer-lasting learning than rereading (Roediger & Karpicke, 2006). Your diagnostic is the first one.

Follow the study plan

Short lessons, then practice that explains every answer.

Your study plan lists every skill on the digital SAT, so you can start with the topics your diagnostic flagged. Each skill starts with short lessons that cover the core idea, SAT tips and shortcuts, common traps, and worked examples, with quick checks along the way. Practice sets are ten questions long. Turn on instant feedback to see how you did as you go, and read why each answer choice is right or wrong.

  • Your best score on every skill, in one plan
  • Quick checks with hints inside the lessons
  • Instant feedback when you want it
  • An explanation for every answer choice

Full-length mocks

Rehearse test day until it feels familiar.

Each mock is a complete digital SAT that runs on test-day rules: no pausing a module, no going back to one you finished, and a built-in calculator and reference sheet.

A new mock unlocks each time you finish one, so you can track your score from one test to the next.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Fenzo SAT Prep?

A complete prep program for the digital SAT. You start with an adaptive diagnostic, then work through lessons and practice sets for each skill on the test, and take full-length mock SATs built like test day.

Is it free?

Free to start. Create a free account to take the diagnostic and start practicing.

Are these official SAT questions?

No. Every question is original, written to match the format and content of the digital SAT. Fenzo is not affiliated with the College Board.

How does the diagnostic work?

It has 50 questions in four timed modules, two for Reading and Writing and two for Math, with a 10-minute break in the middle. The second module in each section adapts to how you did on the first. When you submit, you get a projected score, your section scores, and your results by topic.

How accurate is the projected score?

Treat it as an estimate. It comes from a shorter test, so use it to decide where to start, and use full-length mocks to track your progress.

How are the mocks like the real digital SAT?

They follow the same structure and rules. Each has two sections with two modules each, a second module that adapts to your performance, timed modules you can't pause, and a built-in calculator and reference sheet. Scores use the same 400 to 1600 scale.

What happens when I finish all the practice?

Section mocks draw a new set of questions every time, practice comes from a large pool of original questions, and a new full-length mock unlocks each time you finish one.

Should I still take the official practice tests?

Yes. The official practice tests in the College Board's Bluebook app are the closest you can get to the real exam. Use Fenzo for the diagnosis, the lessons, and the extra practice around them.

Can I study just one section or skill?

Yes. Every skill has its own lessons and practice sets, and each section has its own section-length mock, so you can spend a week on Math and the next on Reading and Writing.

Can I prep for other tests on Fenzo?

Yes. Fenzo Test Practice also builds practice tests for other exams, from AP and A-Level subjects to the GRE. Start from Fenzo Test Practice.
