AI can speed up workplace communication, but HR and management messages carry different levels of risk. This course shows where AI fits, where it breaks down, and how to keep tone, clarity, and professional judgment in the loop. Learners leave with a practical way to draft, refine, and govern AI-assisted communication in day-to-day HR and manager workflows.
The course covers context classification for routine, sensitive, and high-stakes messages, plus how AI text is produced and why it sometimes goes wrong. It also covers safe HR communication workflows, reusable drafting patterns, draft debugging, collaboration workflow design, and long-term quality and template drift monitoring.
