AI deployment approval starts with knowing where accountability sits and what a responsible approver must be able to show. This course helps executives, programme leads, and budget holders assess proposed and existing AI systems with enough AI literacy to make defensible calls on risk, oversight, data, security, fairness, disclosure, and governance. It is designed for people who must sign off spend or operation, and need a practical way to separate acceptable deployments from gaps that demand conditions or rejection.
The course covers accountable AI approval, deployer AI literacy under Article 4, and deciding whether a use is prohibited, high-risk, or ordinary. It also covers oversight conditions, evidence requirements, data handling, security, IP terms, fairness, disclosure, and governance of AI systems already in operation.
