AI can speed up onboarding, but only if the workflow, context, and review points are designed with care. This course shows how HR professionals and people managers can use AI to support new-hire setup, communication, training, and consistency without losing human judgment where it matters most. You will come away with a practical way to produce onboarding materials that are specific, measurable, and governed at scale.
The course covers onboarding workflow mapping, the context inputs AI needs, structured prompting for role-specific 30/60/90 plans, and timed new-hire communication sequences. It also covers role-based learning paths, troubleshooting weak AI outputs, and ongoing monitoring, ownership, audit trails, and governance for onboarding quality.
